We purchased a new Cougar High Country from the RV Corral last spring, and we have been enjoying it all summer and fall. Now that the busy RV season is over, we wanted to take time and provide you some feedback on our experience working with your sales and maintenance departments. Since this is the third RV we have purchased from the RV Corral, we feel confident that this feedback is consistent with our overall impression of your company
Our salesman was Tucker whom we found to be very open and helpful. He was not "pushy" and he quickly understood what we were looking for, narrowed down the optionsand was able to effectively guide us to the unit that we purchased.
In addition to Tucker, we worked with Darin to get several of our more technical questions answered. We know Darin from previous dealings and have extreme confidence in his knowledge and integrity. Therefore, it was very helpful and reassuring to beableto get Darin's advice and opinion and asexpected he was "right on". Every time we come in, Darin goesout of his way to greet usand make sure everything is O.K. He is one of key people that bring us back to the RV Corral.
Will helped us set up the financing and title/license transfer. He guided us through that process with minimum stress - along the way Will pointed out the various options and the pros and cons of each. Overall, we enjoyed working with him and we feel confident we made the right choices.
In regards to the Maintenance department of the RV Corral, we are impressed with the high quality of work. It is very reassuring to see that many of the same technicians that we originally worked with when we purchased our first RV ten years ago are still there.
We really have appreciated having Paul as our service advisor. He makes us feel that our needs are the most important and he gives us sound advice based on his years of experience. We had an unusual situation occur that involved water damage and he guided us through the whole episode to insure that minimum damage occured. He is always very courteous and pleasant - it is a real privileage to work with Paul.
Kevin gave us our "walk around". He has a very effective way to present the information. He makes it fun, but at the same time you remember it. Several times during this past summer, something has come up that seemed unimportant during the orientation, but proved to be very helpful when we were out in the RV. He is always so friendly!!
Greg has really been helpful during the many years we ahve known him. He is always there to give sound advice, look something up in the catalog, or greet us when we come in.

Dear Mr. Tiffin,
We were recently at RV Corral, one of your dealers, in Eugene, Oregon. We had some warranty work done on our 2012 43QGP Allegro Bus. This is our second Bus, the first being a 2005 38DS.
We remembered being at RV Corral in about 2006 with our first Bus when the overgeating recall came up. They did an excellent job even though it was the first one they had done. We were on the road this September when a few issues arose and since we were traveling toward Oregon, we gave them a call again.
We contacted Paul Carlson at RV Corral who gave us a date, then we called Don Boyd who said he would send the parts we needed to RV Corral. When we arrived at the appointed time, the parts were there, and Dan, the Tiffin expert, had us back on the road, everything back in perfect running order in record time.
This is our third time in RV Corral, and even thoguh it's over 100 miles from our home, it's worth the drive. They do excellent work in the time frame they say it will be done.
And once again, we can't say enough about Don Boyd, our savior since 2005. We just can't imagine how the Service Center there in Red Bay would be the same without him.
Again Bob, we want you to know how happy we are with our Bus, and the people you have like Don Boyd and dealers like RV Corral.

Note of Thanks to the folks in the Service Department. Again, this year-we had some work done on our 2008 Phaeton motor-home. The "Wet Bay Floor" had to be replaced----a VERY difficult task, and it was the first one the technicians accomplished. They did a great job, and the other minor items were taken care in just a short time. They are a very knowledgeable team in Service. We are going back in October for our annual chassis maintenance/oil change.

We purchased a new Cougar High Country from the RV Corral last spring, and we have been enjoying it all summer and fall. Now that the busy RV season is over, we wanted to take time and provide you some feedback on our experience working with your sales and maintenance departments. Since this is the third RV we have purchased from the RV Corral, we feel confident that this feedback is consistent with our overall impression of your company
Our salesman was Tucker whom we found to be very open and helpful. He was not "pushy" and he quickly understood what we were looking for, narrowed down the optionsand was able to effectively guide us to the unit that we purchased.
In addition to Tucker, we worked with Darin to get several of our more technical questions answered. We know Darin from previous dealings and have extreme confidence in his knowledge and integrity. Therefore, it was very helpful and reassuring to beableto get Darin's advice and opinion and asexpected he was "right on". Every time we come in, Darin goesout of his way to greet usand make sure everything is O.K. He is one of key people that bring us back to the RV Corral.
Will helped us set up the financing and title/license transfer. He guided us through that process with minimum stress - along the way Will pointed out the various options and the pros and cons of each. Overall, we enjoyed working with him and we feel confident we made the right choices.
In regards to the Maintenance department of the RV Corral, we are impressed with the high quality of work. It is very reassuring to see that many of the same technicians that we originally worked with when we purchased our first RV ten years ago are still there.
We really have appreciated having Paul as our service advisor. He makes us feel that our needs are the most important and he gives us sound advice based on his years of experience. We had an unusual situation occur that involved water damage and he guided us through the whole episode to insure that minimum damage occured. He is always very courteous and pleasant - it is a real privileage to work with Paul.
Kevin gave us our "walk around". He has a very effective way to present the information. He makes it fun, but at the same time you remember it. Several times during this past summer, something has come up that seemed unimportant during the orientation, but proved to be very helpful when we were out in the RV. He is always so friendly!!
Greg has really been helpful during the many years we ahve known him. He is always there to give sound advice, look something up in the catalog, or greet us when we come in.
It is a pleasure to come to the RV Corral - everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful! Please give our special thanks to Tucker, Darin, Will, Paul, Kevin, and Greg for making our last RV purchase a great one.
Letter to Tiffin Manufacturer
Dear Mr. Tiffin,
We were recently at RV Corral, one of your dealers, in Eugene, Oregon. We had some warranty work done on our 2012 43QGP Allegro Bus. This is our second Bus, the first being a 2005 38DS.
We remembered being at RV Corral in about 2006 with our first Bus when the overgeating recall came up. They did an excellent job even though it was the first one they had done. We were on the road this September when a few issues arose and since we were traveling toward Oregon, we gave them a call again.
We contacted Paul Carlson at RV Corral who gave us a date, then we called Don Boyd who said he would send the parts we needed to RV Corral. When we arrived at the appointed time, the parts were there, and Dan, the Tiffin expert, had us back on the road, everything back in perfect running order in record time.
This is our third time in RV Corral, and even thoguh it's over 100 miles from our home, it's worth the drive. They do excellent work in the time frame they say it will be done.
And once again, we can't say enough about Don Boyd, our savior since 2005. We just can't imagine how the Service Center there in Red Bay would be the same without him.
Again Bob, we want you to know how happy we are with our Bus, and the people you have like Don Boyd and dealers like RV Corral.

Note of Thanks to the folks in the Service Department. Again, this year-we had some work done on our 2008 Phaeton motor-home. The "Wet Bay Floor" had to be replaced----a VERY difficult task, and it was the first one the technicians accomplished. They did a great job, and the other minor items were taken care in just a short time. They are a very knowledgeable team in Service. We are going back in October for our annual chassis maintenance/oil change.
