I just want to drop you a note and let you know how pleased my wife and I are with our motor home purchase and the RV Corral.  I recently picked up my coach after leaving it to correct some minor issues and take another look to see what could be done the  correct the wind noise.  All of the issues that needed attention were corrected to my complete satisfaction, including isolation and correction of an intermittent electrical problem, alignment of fender panels, and most of all, elimination of the wind noise.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for making purchase of my new coach a pleasant experience.  I was able to obtain the coach that I wanted for a reasonable and competitive price.  I enjoyed dealing with you and appreciate your attitude, honesty, and willingness to address my endless technical questions and get back to me with factual information.

Please also pass on my thanks to Dave Bennett and his service staff for taking care of any and all issues that I brought up.  The service provided by RV Corral after the sale has truly been exceptional and in my experience second to none.

My wife and I both love the coach and are completely satisfied with the Winnebago  as well as the Sales, Parts, and Service Departments of the RV Corral.

My husband and I were referred by other customers who related their positive experience with the RV Corral. We called in to resolve a warranty problem as we came into the Eugene area; and an appointment was promptly schedule for us around our needs.

When we arrived we were assured that our concerns were understood and would be corrected in a timely manner.

I was talking with a service technician working on my vehicle who was very courteous and informative. I felt very confident in his capability and knowledge to perform the repairs appropriately.

Two of your staff members, John Crasper, and Tami Cooke were especially helpful. Both provided us friendly, professional service coordinated outside sources with efficiency.

Due to a parts problem, there was an unforeseen delay but we were kept informed by John and Tammy as to the progress made. We really appreciated that we didn't have to wonder what the status was or have to call and find out.

Each time we came in for service, we were treated with respect, courtesy, good humor, and a tour of mutual harassment. It is a pleasure to report our positive experience working with the RV Corral in Eugene, Oregon. In particular, we would like to commend their superior employee Bob Wilson. He worked hard to complete all of our warranty work and went the extra mile to provide the service required to correct our warranty problems. All in all we were very satisfied with all their performance

Mr. Wilson was always friendly and conscientious while working around us (and our dogs)......we spent several nights in their yard while the work was being done. We had a water leak problem that required overnight drying and testing the next day. We have had their wokr tested to the maximum during this year's "rain festival" here in Oregon and it has proved itself to be dry.

Even though we live in Idaho, we spend a substantial amount of time in Oregon because we have children who live there, so we have found it convenient to visit the RV Corral to have work done. You can be proud of your association with them. We will happily encourage others to visit the RV Corral and to consider purchasing a Winnebago product.

Hi Darin,Got home 2:00 this morning after a long day. I tried to bring up the pics you had posted on your site but they are gone now as the trailer was obviously removed due to the sale. Would you have pics that you can email me? I would appreciate it very much if you can. Thanks again for a great transaction.

BTW, everything went well at the border, in and out in 10 minutes. You can let any Canadian customers know that all they need is the title, bill of sale and spec plate of the RV which is right beside the entry door. The only fee's are GST (goods and service tax) at the border, 206.00 inspection fee and PST (provincial sales tax) upon registration. Well worth the drive! Thanks again!
